Legend of Harry Truman on Spirit Lake
11 x 14 original acrylic painting of the Legend of Harry Truman on Spirit Lake in Mt Saint Helens, WA 1980 just before the eruption of Mt Saint Helens. He refused to leave his home from 1930's to May 18, 1980. He said the mountain would not hurt him. He was 83 years old. Buried under 150 feet of volcanic ash.
